Screening requirements: 

• All applicants over the age of 18 must pass a credit and criminal background check.

• All tenants must have at least a 640 FICO score.

• There is a nonrefundable $35 credit check fee.

• Applicants with bankruptcies within the most recent two years will not be accepted. 

• We will complete verification of rent and employment for all qualifying applicants. 

• We will gather the most recent pay stub(s), bank statement(s), and copy of a driver's license from all qualifying applicants.
